Chart your own course instead of waiting for someone to chart it for you. I worked there years ago and went back. Same place just different years. Easier to find a job when you have one.
Easy problem to fix, just go somewhere else.
It's good to not worry.
However, you should be concerned about keeping a roof over your head and food on the table.
So just go through the motions with your job you have now, and save your focused energies on getting a new job at a different place.
Then leave this one.
Simple as that.
