The July 1 announcement is just a few days away. Are we going to hear about massive change, or will it just be a repeat of what we heard a couple weeks ago? Will they announcement headcount targets or kick that down the road? Personally I’m getting tired of the LT breadcrumbing us.

@OP The EVP/SVP layer is already set for 1 July, so Monday won’t be dramatic as its already announced. The real moment is end July when people finally learn if they’re on the lifeboat or not.
What I can see is HR, Legal, and the other enablers getting hit hard. If the regions are going to make decisions directly without the old decision by committee model then the centre of none regional facing empires naturally shrinks.
They haven’t been very clear about when change will be announced. I have heard July 1, I’ve heard by the end of July and I’ve heard 4Q. We’ll see. I think they’re repairing the plane mid-flight.
