Until the Ford family is 💯 removed from anything and everything related to running the company there will continue to be problems.

There are a few LL4's that need to be removed to clean the place up as well. Harassment should not be tolerated and enabled.
Billy Bob and his “we are family” BS until we aren’t. And then blowing billions on developing and tooling up BEVs and letting the Focus and Fusion die and canning most of ICE engineering. Now Fartley gets a raise and an extension. Unbelievable
