People don’t like to hear that requiring 5 days in the office would lead to a reduction in work force but it’s true. I know at least 1/3 of my team would quit.

When my boss doesn’t come in to the office, why should I?
Easy way to get rid of 20% of employees without retirement packages or warn notices would be to require 5 days in the office. I guarantee that 20% of employees will quit. If Verizon was smart they would implement that policy.
Who cares?
I drag myself 3 days a week .. guess I do not think it matters .. so many people are coming barely 3 days a month.
