People don’t like to hear that requiring 5 days in the office would lead to a reduction in work force but it’s true. I know at least 1/3 of my team would quit.

Easy way to get rid of 20% of employees without retirement packages or warn notices would be to require 5 days in the office. I guarantee that 20% of employees will quit. If Verizon was smart they would implement that policy.
