These companies are on the precipices of a complete covid spike and WF is starting analytics this month of in office compliance… to the person at that top my entire family has either had covid or currently has covid during christmas break. but don’t worry ill be in office tomorrow. man what a disaster this is about to be. can you imagine all these in person RCSA trainings….. here is a thought for risk, hosting in person meetings during winter months after a holiday is a risky idea. just a thought pick low risk months for in person requirements . spikes occur during holidays and cold weather months year after year but yet here we go another jan trying to launch compliance.

No, HR doesn’t reimburse your PTO if you had COVID. Stop already with the s$$t disturbing and grow up.
HR can reimburse your PTO if you have a covid diagnosis. Your manager has to sign off on it (of course). I dont think it's widely communicated out (because they want you to burn those days.)
Just tested positive. Feel like sh1t. Working from home, so can manage.
I don't know what I would do if I had to commute to an office. Wouldn't want to burn my limited PTO so soon in the year.

They will just be changing our disability coverage and life insurance options in the future. Less expense and employees to worry about. They are welcoming Covid and all that comes with it. It’s sick.
I’m just waiting for the first employee car ja--ing in Mpls. to force WF to acknowledge forced RTO to a crime hotspot is a bad idea - esp. when the thugs take the laptop. WF actively hates their employees.
Not worried about COVID, I still have a functioning immune system. RTO is mo--nic for many other reasons.
These large in person gatherings where people are flying to get to make zero sense. If people can’t be trusted to keep their attention on a Teams video meeting this place has some serious issues.
They could have just had smaller groups in person at local video conferences rooms but why do something that makes sense?
This sounds like a logical option for a management that cares for the safety of their employees. Unfortunately our leaders do not care and a plan is not thought out. Where I live in Minneapolis there was a ki----g right outside our office on Friday along with two days of snow storms. They don’t care and think it is safe for us to rto. They don’t care and just want people to leave. Otherwise they would address these issues relating to the safety of rto for a variety of reasons.
