Does anyone have any information on upcoming layoffs for ECRL (Enterprise Complaints, Remediation, and Loudspeaker)? The workload has decreased quite a bit. Just wondering if they are planning any big layoffs before the end of the summer or the end of the year.

ECRL like many functions within the bank is a dead end. They can use AI and IP staff to do most of this. Pray for a layoff and collect that package before they find a way to can you as that is an active strategy to reduce severance expense.

Loudspeaker lol. Glorified complaints mailbox and a black hole
Not sure which area of ECRL you work in bank or brokerage. Brokerage seems to be booming with a lot of contractor
hiring. AI will probably wipe out a lot of roles though once it ramps up.
