Looks like another sc--w up by Wells Fargo, they did not send the file of employees to United Healthcare and all employees appear to have their healthcare coverage canceled.
The call center is being overwhelmed and better hope you don’t have to go the doctor in the next few days. What a mess.

Used my UHC insurance this morning (Friday). Sounds like fake news to me.
@ 1bjg, IMHO, Aetna is bad but UHC is so much worse
Mine worked today with a new provider. Everything worked well. UHC Choice Plus.
If any healthcare provider s@cks, it is Aetna!
You probably won't even notice anything different.
UHC is a for-profit health insurer (unlike Aetna, Humana, Blue Cross - and almost every other insurer).
As such, UHC bends over backwards to deny claims anyway they can.
Your doctor could have had a new contract and opted out of UHC. Seeing this a lot around here
I left in October. Did WF switch from Aetna to United in 2023? Another reason to be glad I left. New place has Aetna, no employee premium payments and the annual out of pocket is half what it was at Wells.
I ran into this during enrollment! I asked uhc to find my dr based on 2023 coverage and the person said my dr wasn’t on list. She said the coverage product option listed In workday is no longer an option for wf in2023. I kept telling her nothing should be changing and figured I was talking to a new rep who was confused.
Don’t treat yourself like 💩 and pump your body with more aluminum products blindly and maybe you won’t need doctors so badly #simpleintelligence
@ecb+1kvxIkwy The UHC side of the equation is the problem. So if your doctor calls to see if you have coverage, UHC, not Workday, will tell them no until this gets fixed.
My UHC coverage looks ok on workday
How do you find out?
