Why would you expect them to know python?
You must be new.
Seems to me like there are more than one person having issues at Wells Fargo (no personal offense to your original post - I am speaking of those that make work life so enriching). Meetings give a sense of accomplishment and self-worth to those who drive a stagecoach without even hooking up a team of horses to propel the vessel. The higher ups that have no clue are like little tykes at the coin operated horsie ride outside of K Mart. They take off their cowboy hat, swing it in the air and pretend their "importance" makes a difference in the world......"look at me, I am a big boy or girl". Again, this is not to detract from the actual people that do a good job, put up with a massive pile of excr-ment and yet keep a smile on their faces. In fact, I am offering up genuine appreciation to anyone who is competent, approachable, resilient, and is a good person to their core. We need more of you
