What they are saying - to paraphrase - is that the law they sued Cisco under doesn't allow for the suit. Conduct is despicable but not actionable in a US court. But morally, Cisco helped build a system to aid in repression. Why - for money. But hey, we have a ton of affinity groups in the US so that washes the sin away.
Establishing precedent so the supreme court doesn't have to hear arguments about them building out Israel's infra to commit genocide in Palestine.
