So how is it being a MOW now with the whole new rtm transition. Is it easier ? More responsibilities ? Pay increase ? Bonuses ? They haven’t talked about none of this on our region they just said we are no longer FTOW. Now we are MOW

Mow is just a sales rep but they pay you half as much as they used too. RTM is just a DM and they pay you half as much. Sneaky sneaky company.
