If you're planning to leave (and who isn't, right?) here's some advice from someone who's been around. Pay and title matter, but culture and environment matter even more. I focused too much on the first two and ignored the rest. Don't make the same mistake.

The culture is horrible at fiserv, didn't used to be that way when it was first data. There were issues but it tanked for both companies with frankserv.
So how can you reliably confirm what the culture and environment are like before accepting an offer?
AGREED. I learned the hard way how important culture is.
Remember stock is NOT pay anymore... it's way down from what you got it for and not performing! Do not count that as comp! Cash is KING
