Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Does Takis Support WFH?

BisigSCAMno destroyed the company and made this place miserable to work for with Sapience and mandated in office hours, minimum 9 hours a day, five days per week.

Mike Lyons brought back some sanity by offering flexibility with pool of remote work days, number of required in office hours and getting rid of Sapience.

Takis was here working with both CEO. Does anyone know whether he's in the BisigSCAMno camp and will likely reinstitute rigid in office requirements to drive away our remaining talent?

Or is he sane and will likely leave well enough alone by leaving the current flexibility?

Or might be do something different?

Is he the type to care about such things?

Is there anyone on here who actually knows his mentality around these matters?

@g2 bad reply. There are many responsive people that are hybrid. Nobody's fault if the day isn't packed with non stop work. This place is in shambles dude face it

@g2 Worst take ever....no one collaborates, everyone is just on teams

If you want to sit at home and pretend to work while you run errands, drop off and pock up your kids, and disappear on Friday’s i suggest you go work somewhere else. The data from BH is proving even a hybrid model doesn’t work, teams need to be together, in the same office, collaborating, training new hires, actually seeing peers from other departments. It’s called “work” come in and try it.

He is against WFH 100% but pro work location flexibility. We will eventually go to a 3 days in the office model like BH. They used BH productivity as an example/ indicator. There are no plans to build a new park deck there, and why would you, if the plan is to go to a 3/2 work schedule?!?

@b9 same here. They just want someone anywhere to pick up the damn phone and not be put on hold for hours or passes off to multiple departments before being hung up on.

I'm in credit risk and we get the angry emails begging for help with their accounts that are outside our scope.

Curious to what happened to the "60 for 6" guy on this page...cuz it looks like they'll be bringing all that back. The shackles of a FiServant are hard to break...

@am I have had plenty of clients tell me that... as long as we answer the phone, location is irrelevant.
