extremely anxious can find NY regulation to see that companies don't need to file with the state if layoffs at a single location don't exceed 250 people over rolling 90-day period.
based on my observation, after mass-layoffs in Jan-March , current layoffs in NY388 are more surgical and targeted, thus they might continue over a very long period without obligation to file with the state (if they don't exceed 250 cuts per quarter)
Layoffs will happen every month until end of 1q2027.

I don’t see that mentioned in the WARN notice when I look at it for NY\NJ. If its not there, it does not matter.
