Why is it mostly us at Optum that have to worry about our jobs all the time? There are many GL 30 and 31 with no directs over at UHC, while at Optum GL29 has 15 directs. Seems they need an alignment.

UHC is the money maker and the biggest customer of Optum. Optum is net loss. Without UHC Optum will have no businesses, no other companies are going to but it's sh---y products. No to mention Optum tech teams are terrible, offshore especially. UHC is not great either but they have lot more business folks.
