A McKinsey consultant fresh out business school is useless.

McKinsey - no credibility, never carried the bag, justifying their input only soon to be replaced by AI.
BDB was a great company and I felt wanted and respected. Then management changed and several people with no background in research sales took control. They have no idea what they are doing and let McKinsey sc--w up all of the territories in the entire country. They will raise prices and lose business. The reps who were laid off were senior reps who had relationships with customers at high levels. Leadership will get what they deserve- they will not come close to making the number and THEY will be laid off. That will be a great day. Their lack of knowledge will be their ultimate downfall.
