I can tell you I have worked 4 layers of jobs at this company and each promotion and title required FAR more work and personal time sacrifice the higher up I got. It wasn’t worth the extra $.
Even VPs are getting their offer letters. They will flatten the org like a pancake and AI will babysit metrics and productivity of each remaining worker unit untill something causes them to stop, like fines and contract losses due to poor performance.
