I don’t want to do any work, clearly why should we work when Sarah doesn’t give a damn about anyone but greedy self.
Sarah is a character she talks about the struggles of her mother and what she did for her on LinkedIn for Mother’s Day. Than she does this. Come on do better and stop being fake.

Each time I'm in danger of being motivated for this shithole, I remind myself of the opinion executive "leadership" has for us. Shuts it down with a quickness.
@ad some people are downright mean
@ad Sarah is this you?
@ad who you calling loser, f-g boy
shut up and work loser
- Do what you can while you're still employed here.
- Update your resume and start applying. I cannot emphasize enough how sh---y the job market is. Anyone who think they're landing a job in a few weeks, I hope for your sake, you're correct. As someone with a decent title here, who has been applying for a while, landing a job easily has NOT been my outcome.
- Start casually reaching out to your network to inquire on openings in their companies.
I'll die on the hill that this is still far better than blindly cutting and shutting off access that morning. This gives people who are close to retirement a chance to walk with a nice chunk of change. It also allowed people who can't do another day here a chance to walk away with a few months' pay.
@a7 I honestly think that the only reason Centene implemented AI was so that it could be used against us to study our day to day tasks and determine which roles could be automated .
@a6 that’s what I think is happening. And I guess it will be the whole team.
Yeah, all of these large health insurance corporations have ruined themselves. They did it to themselves out of greed and putting stock market numbers before the corporations mission to it customer base and its employees’ wellbeing.
Shareholders are NOT the customer base, members are!
And loyalty to talented american citizen (human) workers with decades of health insurance acumen BEFORE cheap outsourced labor and AI is far more important!
@a4 so are they just going to put everyone on a pip and get rid of everyone that isn’t hitting the metrics then?
@a4 kind of too late to get verbal warnings. Why even have a 1 on 1
Right now my team are doing the 1:1s. Literally no one is meeting the metrics so everyone’s getting a verbal coaching..
I feel the exact same but they have their little stipulations that you have to still meet their performance requirements. So hard to even give a rat’s behind when you know what’s coming.
@OP I think everyone is feeling this way! We are not alone in it, we just have to do what’s right for us.
I feel the same. I'm not motivated at all because what could come.
