There is a second settlement that has not finalized as of yet. This is the one for the “Challenged Funds”. You can find the info here https://wellsfargoerisasettlement.com/. It was to be paid out end of 2022 but final distribution calculations have not been approved yet.
Wait. Did those who closed their 401K (left WF I assume) get a check instead of it adding to your account?

Is there a date WF has to pay out the settlement? I’ve seen nothing so far in account or mail. But had received an email in December saying I was included in the settlement. Thx
Ex-employee here with funds still at Encore. 12/13 settlement deposit, no check.
Received over $700 and it is listed as “settlement”

Got my check since my Empower account was closed. Mine was over $1800.
