Based off the email from recieved, what do they mean by newly hired? I started last August 2025…

How are people confirming the 2 year requirement without anything being sent out
@a8 well dang, I’ve been working here since last August and I actually would take it if I was offered. So actually disappointed
It means you’re not eligible to receive the VSP. I believe it’s for those of us who have been there two years or longer. My interpretation is that it doesn’t mean you’re at higher risk for termination, it just means you haven’t been there long enough to be offered the “benefit” of a VSP. Hopefully we will all know more tomorrow.
