Who is safe?

Certain employee groups are ineligible for the VSP “ “.

What are the specialized roles and core initiatives that would be “safe”

Are new team members exempt from the upcoming layoff or just not eligible for the VSP?

Senior executives- VP and up?

Some departments have been laying off staff for months now. Was that a separate initiative?

@a3 if only that matter I was part of a RIF before and my last review was significantly exceeds. When it comes down to their bonuses or the team they will always select $ and can whoever they want to make the numbers tie out.

@a3 no one is safe. People who have had not nothing but exceeds expectations performance reviews have gotten the cut before. We re just numbers on paper, when it comes to cuts.

@a3 they aren’t looking if your participate in meetings. You’re just a piece of a paper to who decides to your fate. Even if you’re well liked by your manager, ain’t going to matter. It’s not their choice 😂 sorry to say your in the same boat as the rest of us

@a3 I have a feeling any RIF will have nothing to do with performance. It will be based solely on numbers and anywhere the C suite deems replaceable.

That said I wish you the best and hope you retain your position if that’s what you want.

I bring value. I participate and engage. I have integrity and go out of my way to take care of members. I don’t sit on mute on every call while others do the leg work. I have absolutely nothing to worry about.

To those of you who sit on mute and make others take the lead… don’t let the door hit you in the a-s on the way out. Praying you’re the ones canned if you don’t take the VSP cause we’re tired of seeing you get paid for us pulling your weight.
