So the end of Q2 is upon us. Has anyone heard rumblings? It’s happened the last 2 years so I’m just curious.

@aq almost seems like that is the new way. Rather than do the newsworthy massive layoffs they just do a trickle hoping people don’t notice
@h8 yup…..seriously there’s an opening for a “principal” level 6 total rewards position. If it’s real, what a waste
The company has been posting numerous jobs for positions that are not vacant and have no plans to be filled by new hires. These ghost jobs are intended to #1, intimidate people into not complaining about the pay,
#2 give the illusion that the company is growing,
#3 justify the high bid price of contract proposals, and #4 fool potential investors into thinking the company has a robust future.
It's all lies.
Changing jobs is hard. It's scary especially for people who have never worked any place else. So their choice is to take the scary leap of faith or stay and complain and hope things change. The latter is a ridiculous exercise in futility and a waste of a life.
