Meats? You should be starved from entering freaking IT!
I'd bet all of my assets that less than 50% of the company gets Inconsistently Meets.
50% of folks are getting Inconsistently Meets for this upcoming mid-year review cycle. They REALLY want folks to leave. This is not hyperbole.
