There is a real disconnect between what leadership believes is happening. What is being reported to leadership is happening. What is really happening.

I’ve seen SVPs straight us say they won’t tell their own boss the truth because it will make them look bad so a client ends up signing some vapor ware contract that turns into a year plus long exercise in frustration when we can’t deliver. Just look at XD, Fiserv used to be 60%+ of the online banking market, now it’s half that.
Entire company is collapsing. Throwing away functioning products and wasting millions on starting over just to satisfy some exec's urge to leave a mark on the company.
@OP Buddy welcome to echo chamber. Scroll down a few posts and you’ll see others already saying the same thing but phrased slightly differently. Leadership is driven by big egos, high on $,$$$,$$$ and AI crack. I see no hope for us.
