I promise you, it's anonymous. We can't see who it is...but if you're on a small team and you make yourself visible....it won't be hard to figure it out.

For years, I rated each question with the highest score because I didn't want to get laid off. I didn't believe the claim that the survey was anonymous.
But last time? I was honest in my ratings.
Then I got laid off.
Go figure.
Not responding, is the strongest response you can give.
The surveys are so stupid. It’s just gaslighting at this point, here take this really, really important survey that won’t change absolutely anything.
