Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Agency just missed minimum goal in May...

are we done? This makes 7 months in the rolling 12. Coworkers are all concerned. Is there a grace period? Probation? Warning?

To answer the number of itmes, each office is given it's goals. For example min 15 auto items and total 30 to make variable so the second 15 must be products that are eligible for variable comp. Auto, Home PUP, and Renters. You must hit at least 15 auto items every month. If not then you are in trouble. I will come in on Sat and Sunday if I am going to not meet the moinimum number. Failure is not an option.

Unless they changed it this year it’s Miss 8 out of 12 rolling mover. If you missed June 2025 you are ok to miss June 2026. You need to look at the months you made it in 2025 from now to Dec 2025 to see where you actually sit

7 months will probably be the end.

Setup to fail, impossible metrics, moving the goalpost. Classic passive-aggressive Allstate tactics.

Are we certain the number is 7? Asking because we are at 6. Tough times.

As callous as that first reply seemed - it's probably accurate.
