Before I quit two years ago, I remember it taking 15 minutes just to log in every morning. To say the place was a mess would be an understatement. Not to mention, the whole Genpact deal destroyed already low morale. I was so happy to leave it all behind. Have things improved at all since then?

Read CDK is in talks to restructure its $5.5B debt. Brookfield is playing both sides by purchasing some of the debt at a discount in the secondary market, which may position it on both sides of the negotiations. What a wreck!
I was laid off 3 years ago. It was not just the Genpact deal that destroyed CDK. Infact the Brookfield deal itself was the start of destruction.Maybe in some years , we can certainly have MBA cases for CDK Global - How private equity destroy everything it touches?
