G.O.B club are using a book to slim down production cost and cutting hours. Reclassifying certain job titles to justify what they are doing.

They are tasked with finding ways to terminate to avoid paying a severance.
It all started several years ago when a skirt was put in charge at the corporate level.
Moving product to saudi, its too expensive to make here. Theyre making the plant look nice so someone can purchase, wont be layoffs just a closed door! Fire who they can until time being, so if you wanna stick around do everything by the book!
At least the didn’t shut the plant down…yet.
