As someone within that reporting structure (Home Lending, not in Frederick), I'm grateful they got that much. That's at least 60 extra days of guaranteed pay, benefits, and more importantly, time to look for your landing slot. Too many of my collogues got the escorted- out-of-the-building-by-security treatment in recent months thanks to current market conditions being what they are.

They are closing some operations center in Frederick, Maryland so this is likely related to that.

If you type in warn act for Us Bank it pulls the most recent WARN act they have put into place.
