Former SE Mobility Retail 2011-2020 employee here. Apparently, we have to wait for a lumpsum optional email. Was told in 2020 that fidelity had half expected an announcement because they had offered one every year prior. Only $10K in mine. Could use it now to pay off some bills. Though, I can tell you I have a much much better job as an insurance claims adjuster. Way better pay, as well. Those looking to leave retail should entertain the change.
