Alright, this is super depressing! I am going to take a sick day tomorrow!
Layoffs on 3/13. 25% of all headcount and 10% of all Directors. Will be followed by massive restructuring minus SG who will be replaced by AS. SG will stay on as Chairman of Board for a period of time for continuity. No backfill of headcount like last year. Company will consolidate/unify teams and roles and use AI to absorb the capacity.
@dr WARN period is built into the separation package. You get told your last day of work is x, then your official termination date is x + warn to satisfy the regs.
@d1 I have to imagine it's sometime this week. I keep checking WARN bit nothing has been filed.
@OP Other companies are giving headsup about layoffs. There is no news leak on this. I recently joined. Is it really happening this week?
Are there any managers here who received an update on when this is supposed to happen?
