Heard people will start getting notified from May 18th in the US. Also heard the entire IT in Costa Rica will be shut down? Does anyone has any other info.

I'm in IT, but I haven't heard anything. Not even rumors.
Other posts are right, though: it seems like everyone is both very frustrated with the lack of direction and clarity and anxious about contractors and job safety.
The options at the T4-T4.5 made it well worth jumping all the extra hoops to get things done. They gave T4 $10,000 and T4.5 $15,000 in stock hush money and told us to go away. A 4.5 friend told them they took away the carrot AND the stick. A manager tried to tell me what a good deal the hush money was but I wasn’t seeing it his way.
@bt You used to get stock options when you made T4. Of course, HR has long since removed that benefit from the technical employees. Just one of many examples where changes are made to the detriment of 3M employees.
Obviously only director & above are entitled to stock options benefits
Thats why they are driving extremely hard for the results
The rest of us should just quiet quit
I'm in IT. I touch a few different areas and have to work with the different Cognizant teams.
The end have here is really obvious to everyone.
Everyone below director level is extremely frustrated right now.
