I finally started a new role last month. It took me six months of applying and interviewing to get here. The market is brutal right now. Just wanted to say not to give up if you're looking to leave, as tempting and as discouraging as it may seem at times.

Im in month 3 of searching. No luck so far, but Im not giving up. At the same time, Im laying low, yes'ing my management, playing the game. Im hoping to be one of the lucky ones in the next RA and take my 3 month severance so right now my job at IBM is "Avoid a PIP and pretend to care."
