@d3 this is spot on. People serious about their careers left Lake Mary long ago when they saw the preschool culture was in charge. It’s a shame.
Lake Mary is run by leaders who discourage work and stand in the way, preferring that employees support leadership social forums as part of office politics. all the crayon coloring, playlists compilations, ping pong, extended volunteering, designing office mini golf courses, and letting employees set up video games consoles in break rooms for entire weeks. Accounting led the way in this idiocy, with other teams like FPAS, Audit, and more following
Why? these are leaders who are better at catering to preschoolers than professionals. keep the sheep stup1d i guess
I don't know who was doing the hiring in LM but 75% of them couldnt/can't do simple tasks.
FPAS died 6 months ago. Teams were absorbed into their respective BU finance teams. If you’re in finance and that misinformed, Thursday morning might be a rough one.
What is fpas? financial playing and slacking?
