I have been voluntold for RCSA and I was wondering what extended hours are they still expecting RTO under the same 3 day minimum? I would have a real issue working 8-5 then 8-10 at night and still be required to commute in office for the same exact pay. something has to give here

ID: @2jsn+1kqLqvyW yes the initial info deck said extended hours. what those hours are I do not know. voluntold basically is requested on the project by upper management due to previous large scale projects

Can you explain what you mean by RCSA "extended hours"? Are you saying you're required to work extended hours for RCSA? What do you mean you've been "voluntold" for RCSA. You either are a key participant in the events or you're not. If you have the knowledge of the process/service, they're going to want you there. Most RCSA sessions are now required to be in-person for at least the first week. Which means travel if you aren't in the same location/area as the RAU process owner.
Can you get out of it? Say you are too busy.
Well, the good news is this (and I am not in a mood to joke): this will fail massively just like its two prior attempts. This thing is being run by people who do not know what they are trying . So my sincere advice to you is to go through the motion of playing along to the best of your ability. These jokers at the top will soon desert and a new crew will be inaugurated . I say play for time.

Last I heard most big RCSA sessions are required in person. So you might be in 5 days a week.
