- Awful fee scale.
- Intentionally not user-friendly.
- Makes users dig to learn typical homepage dashboard info.
WF really dug deep to get the Pinto of management platforms.

It is definitely garbage. The site annoys me so much, I avoid going onto it. The retirement calculators don't work correctly so I ignore those. But the worst is trying to change the percentage that you have in each of your funds. It won't let you go over 100% (even temporarily while you're trying to work down the list) so it randomly lowers something you just entered and then you have to figure out which it lowered. I've figured out that locking the percentages helps with that, but I have to write everything down before I even start now.
I need to do what someone else suggested and invest only the 6% for the match and then invest the rest elsewhere.
Took a quick look for any positive reviews of Empower... nope....
It is kind of garbage, but I don't need them to do anything fancy. Just hold and invest my funds.
WF sells the right to scam their employee base you are right about the fees
The settlement was paid at the beginning g of this month.
@dos+1kpjUgil we can look forward to our $.09 settlement in 5-7 years. How does anyone trust WF!?
Ha! Give thanks you don't have Alight, can't even login externally, awful funds. Put in 6% and invest the rest wherever you want. The pretax benefit is overrated, way government is buried in debt they'll tax you very high in the future.
They don’t want the users to be reading the fee terms. The fees are so outrageous it is borderline fraudulent, the funds of funds choices are clearly used as bargaining chips for the participating funds. Depending on your choices, it is a literal scam on employees.
