Does anybody actually believe Shobhit found another role outside of citi and decided to leave on his own? Dude has only been at Citi for 8 months and was supposed to revolutionize AI at the bank with those amazing IBM insights (as if IBM knows anything about AI).

A lot of these guys don’t know sht. I know a different one that was brought with similar expectations, haven’t heard of him since, haven’t seen any tangible contribution and you can clearly tell he doesn’t know wth he’s doing. This guy sounds like something similar, prob thought he could cruise in such a high paying position, but Citi thought he could do miracles.

But he’s in the AI space and everyone and their mother is poaching for AI talent so who knows
I'm almost positive he was fired, automation for account opening was supposed to be completed already and clear the way for major layoffs. It's looking like that process is being delayed till next year due to too many issues, he over promised and now it's showing.
