Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

how the company sees us employees

there was some kind of huddle meeting with each pod. d-mb a-s manager used an analogy of fast food drive thru employee. lol

Is this how they view us? fast food drive thru employee? what a d-mb bi--h.

yea... I mean employee who has all customers information from their ssn, dob, cc #'s, chk # information and ready to be sold off.

would you like bbq sauce and upgrade it xl size?

Unfortunately, like most businesses in the US, CEOs view employees as an overhead expense that they strive the minimize. They even see us as their property that they can toy with from time-to-time.

are you surprised? Most “leadership” don’t even have a college degree and put into management position only because they worked there for “7 years” and some how got lucky with that opportunity. A lot of posted jobs within usbank is internal and rarely outside hired from what I’ve noticed. That’s why they have d-mbasses running those positions.
