Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

RIF on the horizon?

I'm starting to hear from a few sources that another one is coming before the end of January. Anyone else hearing similar?

Count on it. I once worked at another place before Fiserv like this. Worrying every week, is this the week I'm getting fired? It's no way to live. Jump ship while you can.

Death, Taxes, and Fiserv RIFs.

These RIFs are needed to make space for offshore resourcing in my opinion. Same thing happened when Frank was at JPMC (friend told me), First Data and now here at Fiserv

This will continue to happen and every quarter we will be discussing this

One thing is guaranteed under Frank’s reign of error: there will always be RIFs. That’s all he knows how to do.

Buckle up for 5 more years of constant cost cutting, layoffs and short-term measures designed to juice the stock and make the company look healthier on paper than it actually is.

Always another RIF under FB's charge. Take the money and run.
