Always remember: All those executives and management people at State Farm did not get where they are at by having a strong work ethic. They got there by hurting, stepping on, and disregard for their workers. They do not believe in a strong work ethic and loyalty. The exact same is for their customer which is a direct violation of the company mission and vision statement. Everything is negotiable for them but not for you.

I have decided to give up s-x after coming to work at State Farm. SF f-cks me as hard as they can everyday so who needs it!
Id assume at this point its 50% cut throats 50% DEI hires doing all they can to not get fired. Either way, 100% of them cant wait to get rid of their american workforce. I just hope they eventually replace bloomington with calcutta, would serve them right.
@k2 yup! That's what they want you to believe. Yes seriously! How many of them show up on time? How many of them leave early? How many of them go out for 2 hr lunches together? Yeah right tell me how hard they work! Don't try and sell their BS!
Seriously? Most of them came in early, stayed late, and have no life because they dedicated it to State Farm. Which is a whole different problem, but absolutely not what you’re claiming.

What they tell you, what they don't tell you and how they act are all in conflict of each other. Criminal at the very least.
@OP - You just described the same repeated pattern in history over and over again. It never stops and we are not immune. The elite's greed and thirst for power always spells the collapse of every society. Evil men and women bring about evil times! Enough said.... Bad things happens when good people say and do nothing. SF, corporate America, and our society pi---d it all away.
