The CHRO plays an important role, it’s to shield Dan and divert the vitriol of employees away from Dan and the board
The leadership either don’t understand or they don’t care. Think about who those ridiculous posts are aimed at, I don’t think it’s the workers. I think it’s trying to portray herself as a dynamic, critically thinking leader and outwardly projecting that everything is fine in the company
Never forget:
These are the exact same people who held your livelihood hostage—threatening your job, your income, your family's security—if you didn't roll up your sleeve for the vaccine.
The very same executives who then demanded you return to the office, even though remote work had proven highly effective (and often more so) for years.
They don't work for you.
You don't pay their salaries.
They are not your allies.
The "elites" are DEI, and really despise you.
They are merely loud, well-compensated mouthpieces for elite leadership that views employees as expendable resources to be controlled, not people to be respected.
Wake up to the reality: their interests have never aligned with yours. They never will.
