Thumbs up if your Team is in worse shape now after last year's Reorg.....the talk is there might be a new one to fix it.....

New org structure in the works now to integrate Frontier. So if you don’t like your current org, give it 6months, it will change.
Already gone through a handful of leadership shuffles and reorgs in the last few months
