The contract will be revoked and all the people servicing FT will lose their jobs, that's how this farce is going to end. They keep firing experienced people for a bit of saving and hiring unqualified juniors in their place. This is not a valid strategy and both the clients and FT feel that, and it's already happening. I wish it wasn't so but it will happen sooner or later.

what is FT? , is it Full Time?
The FT contract for Customer Service has already been revoked, the exact date has not been announced as tax season, the busiest time is underway until the filing deadline. There are still CS associates servicing those calls. Anyone not hired back by FT will be laid off. MOS and CO remain at FIS. This has been known for some time. The effect is going to be big for FIS, they are downplaying it as much as possible.
