Ship all tech to ITC that’s fine but don’t leave me at PHK.
ITC is not comfortable talking to the biz or leaders so unless you put it all in their hands, they will defer to those left at PHK.
Has to be all or nothing or you have a few at PHK doing all the legwork with wasted money in ITC.

@cz top 1 percent....that is fu--ing laughable...they are friends of friends and have fake diplomas.
@ct The ones that are paid to come here from India tend to be in the top 1% if not higher. That doesn't make them good or bad fits for Nike, but you can't really compare Visas to Offshore. Tech hiring for Bangalore is extremely cut-throat and we just don't have the skills over there, the salaries, or the brand appeal, to attract top talent.
What do you mean? We have many Indian colleagues at PHK as well - VPs, Sr Dir, Dir, Engineers and they do an excellent job.
Maybe they should take English lessons?
ITC is a joke. I work with those guys and they are terrible. Good luck Nike, but this is going to su-k for people that stays.
