Even a rough idea would help. Everyone around me is guessing, nobody has a clue, and the anxiety is through the roof. I can't focus at all.

Honestly it’s incompetency at the executive levels. I used to think they were intentionally playing mind games but I was giving them too much credit. Instead they use the method of: “Let’s announce first, second guess later, retract and then scramble”
