Working on a large deal? Oh well, come 4/1 that opportunity is gone. Have a large customer base to flip and keep steady commissions in place? Not anymore and no salary increase or draw to compensate during the transition… Tell me RB wants reps to quit without telling me… disappointed in what Xerox has turned in to.

@c2 He’s just doing Xerox’s dirty work.
Surprised RB is still there. Not a bad guy but he is young enough to start over and climb to the top at a real org.
He looked tired and run down today just like the sales in the region. Its not the current talent thats in place its the absolute Sh-t hole of an environment the reps AND clients are in.
