Can WF take you from a manager job title to a front line employee job title? Hearing this is a game plan. Train your replacement and then lower your job title but keep salary. Remote workers being displaced a month later. Is this allowed? Makes no sense.

Yes, happened to me, went from manager to IC, but kept my pay. It was great actually, no management responsibilities, but still being paid the same. Yes, please!
