Talking about getting feedback and hearing feedback regarding forced hybrid while also finishing it up saying 4 days in office is final is one big fu-k you we don't care what your feedback it.
How is a one hour commute something anyone sees as beneficial? That is so insane. How can anyone say that is good for "production" and "creativity"
@OP The new behavior model seems like something completely ill timed. Removing language anchored in human-centeredness and emotional intelligence seems to push into a direction that is heavily AI-driven, with transactional relationships, and disregarding the cognitive harms at scale that will occur neurologically when over-reliance on GenAI happens, and how that would impact our associates and the future of apprenticeship/mentorship at our firm. The greater conversation at large must be had on the loss of autonomy and technical expertise. We cannot "humanize the extraordinary" if our grasp on technical basics ceases to exist because we are dependent on GenAI doing it for us.
@a5 Work harder, more efficiently, and be better (develop youselves) with no reward or recognition. Oh, and do all of this with less flexibility and while downtrodden and depressed! GO TEAM
