Can we also add base pay info here? This likely means a lot more depending on where you are in your band and gives us some leverage. Happy to start.

High Band 4. Base 164. Merit 2.75. 102% bonus.

@OP what dept are you? my dept su-ks. I hope the laid off high performers get the credit they deserve. It would su-k if bad performers left behind got a high bonus.

Merit was funded a little under 3%. So as usual, People in this thread talking out their a-s.

The bang for buck for Bad 4 plus is the bonus payout. I also was paid over 100% of my target as a high 4.

Evaluation might be "low" in comparison to others due to forced grading on a curve, that's not necessarily indicative of a low performer.

Isnt band 4 percent increase? That means ur evaluation is very low. I would imagine 3.7 percent increase.
