Field technicians have nothing to worry about since you can't outsource these jobs to India due to their physical nature. Gotta have a body available to do the installs of whichever service T is providing. Can't be done remotely!
very little impact... This is just the calm before the storm, 2023 will be brutal layoffs to reset/resize the business to adjust for the lack of revenue.
