I’m not sure if this post is related, but I had a strange dream last night. I got really drunk, and there were hundreds of clowns in it. They were all dressed in Ford blue with blue ovals on their shoes. It was very strange.

Right. Culture is worse than ever. No career development for internal employees because they have objectives to hire from the outside. The majority of those brought in to lead are useless. Kudos to them for faking their resumes enough to get promoted and paid way over their capabilities. Ford lifers who are in leadership positions got there on the friends and family plan. They lack any real skills. Ford is a shell of its former self.
